WWE Hall of Famer recalls stolen crutches in locker room prank – TJR Wrestling

WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry shared some amusing yet frustrating stories of locker room pranks from his wrestling days and recalled incidents that tested his patience and sense of humor.

I’ll keep talking Busted Open RadioMark Henry described two standout moments – one with his shower shoes stuck and another in which his crutches mysteriously disappeared while he was recovering from an injury. In the first story, Henry explained how his size 16 shower shoes became the focus of a mischievous prank that left him stunned.

You know I wear a size 16 – it’s damn hard to find a size 16 shoe. One of those idiots, I don’t know who, superglued my damn shower shoes to the floor. They tried to put solvent under it but it wouldn’t come off. They ended up having to use a razor and cut everything up so we wouldn’t disrespect the building.

The second incident occurred when Henry attended a WWE event with a cast on his leg and was dependent on crutches. To his dismay, these crutches disappeared during the show, leaving him in an awkward position.

I remember my crutches were hidden. What do you think my headspace was like when my crutches were lost and I’m trying not to sell it? They said, “Man, don’t sell it, just watch the show.” I sit at the monitor for two hours – it’s a three-hour show – and I have to pee. I’m in a cast up to my thigh and I can’t move and I’m like, “Listen, man, I have to go to the bathroom or someone will get me a trash can and I’ll pee right here.”

What did Mark Henry say about the infamous WWE Wrestler’s Court?

Mark Henry spoke about the WWE wrestler’s trial and said that he believes it is not as vicious as people have claimed in the past. Henry believes that the intention behind the Wrestler’s Court was more of a form of entertainment than bullying and that if one were to be tried in the Wrestler’s Court, one could easily bail out the judge, who was often the Undertaker, by getting him a bottle of Jack Daniels.
