Xandra makes the Forbes 30 Under 30 list alongside Chappell Roan and Shaboozey

A Cincinnati native made Forbes’ 2025 North America 30 Under 30 in Music list alongside Chappell Roan, Shaboozey and other standout artists.

Cincinnati Country Day School graduate Alexandra Pohl, known professionally as Xandra, made the magazine’s prestigious list, which was released Tuesday morning. The 24-year-old joined a host of honorees from 20 different industries, including art and style, media, Hollywood and entertainment, education, manufacturing and industry, venture capital, social media and more. New industries on this year’s list include AI and transportation and mobility.

Pohl built a career as a self-taught house DJ in Florida after graduating from the University of Miami.

She has performed DJ sets at a number of events including the F1 Miami Grand Prix, the 2023 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Runway Show at Miami Swim Week, and Spotify’s Women in Music event during Miami Music Week. In September, Pohl returned to her hometown of Cincinnati to perform at the 2024 Forbes Under 30 Summit, where she opened for Shaboozey and Metro Boomin.

She has shared the stage with some of the industry’s top artists including The Chainsmokers, Calvin Harris and Kygo. Pohl, who is signed to Sony Music record label Palm Tree Records, made her Lollapalooza debut in August and released two songs in 2024, “I’m Going Out” with Steve Aoki and Sam Feldt and “Body Say” with Gigi Grombacher.
