So if Beth and Rip and Kayce and Trav and others are main characters Yellowstone Characters are coming to the new series, and as Deadline says, the story of Yellowstone will probably also be carried over to the new show, what exactly is different? Streaming rights! Yellowstone has a deal to stream on Peacock, while a new show could stream on Paramount+. This new show would also not exist under the specter of Kevin Costner and the drama of his exit Yellowstone. It’s a brilliant plan that could finally save the Dutton Ranch for good. December 15, 2024: Spoilers for Yellowstone The finale of the fifth season (and maybe the series?) can be found below.

In what may be the last episode of Yellowstone For the first time, Kayce Dutton sells the ranch to the Confederated Tribes of Broken Rock on the condition that 1) the land will never be developed and 2) Kayce and his family can still live there on a small plot of land. This means Beth and Rip have to find a new place to rappel, plan, drink, and so on.

Beth tells Rip about a small property where Rip can keep a small herd of horses and cattle. It’s pretty remote, which leads Beth to joke that Rip needs to build her a bar. Yes, it’s just a nice little joke, but maybe the spin-off is really about Beth running a little cowboy bar? Beth’s place a la Archie Bunker’s place? Think about it, Taylor.
