Zendaya radiates happiness!

The 28-year-old movie star arrived at a special screening of her film on Monday evening, January 6th challenger at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood. The event was her first since the news that she was marrying her Spider-Man Co-star Tom Holland confirmed to PEOPLE via a family source.

Zendaya looked incredible in a plunging black leather blazer paired with a black mini skirt; She also wore her dark hair in a ponytail with bangs. But of course, all eyes were on her newest accessory — her 5.02-carat East-West Cushion Diamond Button Back Ring by Jessica McCormack — which she debuted at the 2025 Golden Globes on Sunday, January 5.

The smiling star placed her left hand on her chest as she entered the venue, which beautifully displayed the ring – which is listed in the ‘Engagement’ section of the jewelry brand’s website.

TMZ was the first media outlet to report the news that Zendaya and 28-year-old Holland were getting married. According to the outlet, Holland proposed over the holidays at one of Zendaya’s family homes. Afterwards, another source told PEOPLE that “everyone close to them knew an engagement was happening” — just not when. The source said Holland’s plans have been in the works “for some time.”

“He was always crazy about her. He always knew she was the one. There is something very special about them,” the source said, noting that Holland shared the good news with friends on New Year’s Day.

“Tom always had this nice way of letting the world know that Zendaya was his. Now it’s official – it’s really her!” the source added.

But when it comes to walking down the aisle, the family source said the two are in no rush. “They will enjoy things for now and not rush into a wedding. They’re both busy with work projects.”

Holland first hinted that he had big vacation plans when he revealed a “secret” during an appearance on the British Podcast on Dec. 18 Court. During the episode, he shared that he would be spending Christmas with Zendaya’s family, but the location was a “secret.”

“(Secret) for you,” he joked. “I’ll know where we’re going.”

In the interview, Holland also spoke about the positive aspects of working with his now fiancée.

“Studios love it – a hotel room!” he joked when Court Co-host Nick Grimshaw noted that Zendaya has said she enjoys keeping the same schedule as Holland.

He added of having her by his side on set: “Oh God, yes. This is a saving grace. Best thing that ever happened to me.”

Holland and Zendaya confirmed their relationship in 2021, years after they began starring in the film Spider-Man films together. Holland announced in an appearance on October 22 that another sequel will begin filming in the summer of 2025 The Tonight Show The film is expected to hit theaters in July 2026. Both Holland and Zendaya have also been cast in Christopher Nolan’s next film, which will also star Anne Hathaway, Matt Damon, Robert Pattinson, Charlize Theron and Lupita Nyong’o.
